Gardens by the Bay

After a frightening car ride from my "Days of Thunder" driving (no near accident, just my impatience but I will not do it again!), the family got to Gardens by the Bay safe and sound, if not a bit shaken.  Xuan started off by eating snacks bought at the Robinsons sale yesterday:


Once inside the "Plant Dome", our princess woke up and our prince was excited to be outdoors (or rather indoors since this place is air-con):


Ping felt a bit weird at this man-made environment for the plants:


But not Ting Yee and Xuan who were very excited:

until something more interesting, like these bicycles with plants caught Xuan;s attention:

Then he visited this man-made plant structure that served as a tourist attraction:


There was actually a train set here!


While heading back to the car, Xuan was "poking" the head of this baby structure:


and then patted the baby on the head:


At night, we had dinner at a Seng Kang mall and again the kids were loving those coin-operated machines:
