1st day of Chinese New Year 2014

It was the first day of Chinese New Year in 2014, and Xuan wished us all a Prosperous New Year ahead:


and changed to another outfit.  Together, Xuan and Ping offered Ting Yee and I some water (in lieu of tea) as a form of respect to us as their parents:


In return, they received ang baos!


We visited Ting Yee's uncles, aunties and cousins first, where the kids were already tired out due to the change in weather:


Then we headed to my parents' place to have lunch:


Then we headed to my aunties place where Xuan was playing with plastic cups:


and Ping slept some more:


At the end of an exhausting day, the kids were still happy and alert!
