Ping's fallen tooth due to candy?

Yet another Ping's tooth had come off as the year was ending:


and she could still be seen happy with her candy gifts:


Perhaps that was what caused Ping's tooth to fall. Anyway, both kids reverted back to being couch potatoes shortly after:
